Weekend of Horrors Comes to Los Angeles

woh10_ad1Creation Entertainment’s Weekend of Horrors will be landing at the Marriott LAX May 20-23. If you’re a fan of Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th and/or Halloween franchises, you’ll want to be there.

Not only will the original Freddy Kruger, Robert Englund, be there, but so will many of the actors who played Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers. In fact, there will be panel presentations dedicated to the latter two horror icons.

Featured guests include Dario Argento, writer and director of the classic Demons Horror series, as well as Trauma, The Phantom of the Opera, Sleepless and others; , the original Freddy Kruger; the ever ubiquitous Jeffrey Combs (the Re-animator series, Star Trek: Deep Space 9); Tony Todd (Candyman, Wishmaster, Hatchet 1 & 2) and more.

As The Genre Traveler, Carma Spence loves to view the world through Genre-Coloured glasses. In other words, she sees the world through a lens of science fiction, fantasy, and horror, where trash cans can be Daleks in disguise and neighborhood forests can harbor faeries and sprites. Magic realism is real! Or at least you can choose to see the world that way to add to the fun and awe of life.
